Ritz Trio perform alongside Sir Michael Parkinson

This sophisticated, classy, often humorous, definitely entertaining jazz band have been performing throughout Scotland and further afield for over fifteen years. Most recently in Newcastle, Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen at venues including Cameron House, The Balmoral, Balbirnie House, Gleneagles Hotel, Norton House, Hopetoun House, Harburn House, The Beach Ballroom and The Fairmont, St Andrews…to name a few!

The Ritz Trio recently performed alongside Sir Michael Parkinson at Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. The event included a performance by world class jazz guitarist Martin Taylor and vocalist Alison Burns. During the course of the evening Michael Parkinson spoke about his love of jazz and shared many anecdotes about his life.

Ritz Trio Centre stage at Touch Of Tartan Ball

In November 2011 the Ritz Trio performed at the prestigious Touch Of Tartan Ball in Aberdeen in front of an audience of 500 guests. This was the 4th year the band have played at the event which is one of the biggest fundraisers in Scotland. In attendance was TV celebrity Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. The Trio accompanied his talented daughters at a private event earlier in the year. They have been booked again to play at the 2012 event.
